Services

Format My Ebook provides done-for-you ebook formatting services based on the scope agreed in writing (typically by email or inquiry form).

Quotes and Payment

• Pricing is based on package scope and manuscript requirements.
• Work begins after quote approval and confirmed payment arrangements.
• Rush service and additional revisions may add fees where applicable.

Client Responsibilities

• You confirm you have rights to submit and publish the manuscript content.
• You provide accurate manuscript files and project instructions.
• You review delivered files and provide revision requests within the agreed review window.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your manuscript content. Formatting output is delivered for your publishing use.

Confidentiality and No AI Training

Manuscripts and project materials are treated as confidential and used only to provide the agreed formatting services. Manuscripts are not used to train AI models and are not uploaded to public AI tools as project source content.

Revisions and Delivery

Included revision rounds are based on the selected package. Additional revisions beyond package scope may be billed separately.

Limitation of Liability

Format My Ebook is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service engagement.

You agree not to misuse this website or submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
