Sometimes. Text-based PDFs can be reviewed case by case, but PDF extraction is less reliable than Word or Google Docs. If the text can be cleanly extracted, I can usually rebuild it as a clean EPUB for KDP upload.

Do you accept Google Docs and Word files?

Yes. Word (.doc/.docx) and Google Docs are the preferred source formats. An existing EPUB can be supplied as a visual reference, but I build the delivery file again from the source rather than repairing unknown code in place. Text-based PDFs are reviewed case by case.
